Backed by a $465 million combined investment, this transformative development brings new residential, retail, and hospitality opportunities to downtown.
800 Grand Residential Tower is a new 24+ story mixed-use building featuring 213 market-rate apartments, 77 for-sale condominiums, 25,000 square feet of retail space, a rooftop amenity deck, fitness center, coworking space, and a 700-stall parking garage.
Next door, the historic Scarritt Building is being adaptively reused as The Scarritt Hotel, a 167-key UMusic-branded hotel offering luxury accommodations, entertainment experiences, and distinctive food and beverage concepts.
Together, these projects create a dynamic destination that combines modern living, vibrant retail, and hospitality while preserving an important piece of the city's history.

Veterans Community Project (VCP), a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to ending Veteran homelessness, is expanding its innovative transitional housing model to Dallas, Texas. Following approval from the Dallas City Council, VCP will develop its seventh tiny home Village nationwide on a seven-acre site at 4515 S. Lancaster Rd., directly across from the Dallas VA Medical Center and adjacent to a major light rail hub.
The Dallas Village will include 50 transitional tiny homes, ranging from 260-square-foot individual units to 360-square-foot family units. Designed with PTSD-informed principles, the pet-friendly homes will provide a safe, dignified environment that supports healing and stability.
The development will also feature a 7,000-square-foot community facility offering comprehensive on-site services, including full-time case management to help Veteran residents overcome housing barriers, achieve personal goals, and transition to permanent housing.

The Chaves Development at KCI offers premier commercial development opportunities in a highly visible, high-growth corridor near Kansas City International Airport. Anchored by a 300,000-square-foot Class A office building with more than 700 daily employees, the development is home to major tenants including Parking Company of America, Herzog Contracting Corp., National Beef Packing Co., Western Governors University, and the TSA.

The Northland Workforce Development Center is a transformative $74 million investment designed to strengthen the region’s workforce and create new opportunities for both student and adult learners. Serving as a centralized training hub, the center will help address the growing demand for skilled workers while building a strong talent pipeline for area employers.
The facility will offer 23 career-focused programs, including Aviation Technology, Culinary Arts, HVAC, Health Sciences, Health Tech Careers, Industrial Machining, and Automotive Technology, among others. By expanding access to high-quality workforce training, the center will equip individuals with the skills needed for rewarding careers while supporting the long-term growth of the regional economy.
