Summer Development Associate
Robbie Cotton grew up in the Kansas City area and attended Shawnee Mission East High School, where he played competitive soccer through his senior year. He is currently entering his senior year at the University of Arkansas, pursuing degrees in Finance and Information Systems. Outside of academics, Robbie remains a dedicated follower of soccer and continues to stay engaged with the sport that has played a significant role in his life.
Robbie will be working with Aristocrat Realty through the summer of 2026 as a Summer Development Associate. In this role, he will support the firm's commercial real estate development initiatives by conducting market research, site selection analysis, tenant recruitment efforts, financial underwriting, and project due diligence. He will work closely with the development team to identify growth opportunities, evaluate prospective investments, and assist in advancing active projects from concept through execution.
The position provides hands-on exposure to the full development process, allowing Robbie to apply his finance and information systems background to real-world real estate projects while gaining valuable experience in development strategy, market intelligence, and deal sourcing.
